The goal is to look for leaks and the cause of the incident, specifically related to your login credentials at the professional level (blocked and/or hacked accounts). The research is based on: - The leak of your credentials - The cause & recovery attempt (if successful) - Analysis of the incident - Identification of access vectors - Immediate corrective measures - The steps to be taken - The configuration tips + Summary of research (report that is given to you) Clarification on the service: This represents a research work carried out over 3 days without the need for direct online intervention. The work will be carried out in order to prepare an accurate intervention report which will be sent to you no later than 48 hours after. Duration: The duration of the working period is set at 3 days. Rate: The research/recovery attempts work base is carried out at a fixed rate of 1,100 euros (for 8 hours of intensive tests as well as parallel searches and finality with the intervention report). NB: Depending on the request, the complexity or the number of accounts concerned, this rate may vary. In this case, a quote will be prepared for you. Quote: Any quote established and not followed by an agreement is due to the cost of the initial research generated (€50). Payment: A deposit of 30% of the total price is due due to the initial cost of the work to be carried out. The final report as well as the analysis elements are transmitted only after full payment of the service. Privacy: It is necessary to send you a service contract specifying the actions and methods of the analyses carried out, as well as a previously signed agreement in order to be able to legally intervene on your account(s).
