Service Description

Complete configuration to limit the risk of intrusion. This service intervenes in order to obtain the settings, configurations, useful gestures & good uses of your mobile phones. This is to establish proper security for your smartphones. This can be useful when you have a new phone, when restoring the original state after an incident, and if you want to use a configuration that allows better control of your applications. Scope of the service: The service covers the analysis, configuration, and securing of the smartphone during the intervention. It does not include assistance with the normal operation of the phone (creation/recovery of personal accounts, password resets, assistance related to the routine use of applications), or technical support for telephone operators. Any subsequent modification of the configuration by the user, or any external intervention that has modified the initially secure settings, may require a new service. IMPORTANT: The service ends with the delivery of the configured smartphone. Any intervention made necessary by a subsequent modification carried out by the user is subject to a new service. Details about the service: In practice, the work performed corresponds to a service call that typically takes about 2 hours. The work is performed directly on the phone. Pricing: The rate is set at €120 for a 2-hour service call. For a more complex intervention (following an incident, hacking, etc.), depending on whether certain steps have already been taken, and requiring more than 4–5 hours of work, the rate is €250. Additional service: If you wish, you have the option to request a detailed document outlining all the steps taken on your smartphone. (PDF format). - (settings, adjustments, improvements, and appropriate configuration) - The preparation of this specific written document involves additional work and therefore incurs an extra cost of €30.
